About Us
/ About Us

A partner — not just a vendor.

Founded by a former journalist who made the move to media relations. RAD knows news — and how to make yours land.

RAD Public Relations was founded by a former journalist who made the move to media relations. He has an eye for a great story and an ear for a compelling quote. Working for such outlets as The Associated Press, The Boston Globe, Gannett, Condé Nast and Dow Jones & Co., RAD knows news.

Moving to the other side of storytelling, RAD has worked with startups, established companies, educational institutions, ministries and other nonprofits to first identify the stories they want to tell — and then determine where and how to share those stories. We've helped organizations and leaders earn coverage in news outlets, drafted op-ed pieces, hosted events such as book launches and more.

What's led to this moment of urgency is a sense that too many outside firms don't have a true sense of buy-in with the clients they work with. Content to just collect a check, these "third party vendors" don't bring the same passion, intensity and — yes — urgency to the table that a CEO or pastor or executive director has for their organization and its message. They're too passive and complacent.

Don't you want a team that is as excited as you are about your mission?

Whether you're just starting a company or have been in business for 100 years, your brand matters. You've worked hard to build your company — and reputation — and you can't afford any misfires, missteps or mess-ups. RAD Public Relations gets that. That's why we work with you in developing the right media relations plan that fits your organization's culture, direction and goals.

Words from those we’ve served

Real reviews from leaders we’ve had the privilege of working alongside.

My husband and I hired RAD to help us organically promote our business, Collision Experts. Unfortunately, my husband passed away suddenly but RAD was right there to keep my business on track. Rick not only continued to have creative ideas to promote our business but he also gave me personal opportunities for growth.

Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary (MABTS) employed RAD Public Relations for communications and social media to reach the northeast market. We were most satisfied with their work. It was easy to communicate with them and they effectively designed content that carried out our strategy. We have very high standards that they met.

I had the pleasure of working with Rick D’Errico and RAD Public Relations to promote my professional expertise and achievements. Rick was instrumental in increasing my visibility through strategic social media promotion, connecting me with relevant publications, and securing newspaper articles that highlighted my work and accomplishments.

I had the opportunity to work with RAD Public Relations while serving as Director of Business Development for Bay State Elevator Company, and I can confidently say that Rick D’Errico and his team delivered exceptional results for our organization.

Rick reached out to me after reading ‘The Millionaire Next Door’ to organize an event where he interviewed me about my latest book, ‘Richer Than a Millionaire.’ It was an elegant, sold-out affair attended by prominent business leaders from New York’s Capital Region.
